Warranty

BED FRAMES:

3 years on the structure and/or against any manufacturing defect and 1 year on the fabric.

Conditions of Application: This warranty applies only under normal wear and tear, when the product has been properly installed according to the instructions provided and has not undergone any modification. The warranty does not cover damage caused by sharp objects when opening the packaging, nor by abusive and incorrect handling of the product. In the event of a claim, proof of purchase and photos of the defect may be required. The warranty covers the replacement of the defective product or parts. Other costs, including, but not limited to, transportation costs, are not covered by this warranty.

Our liability, in all circumstances, is limited only to the replacement of the product. Once. Original purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable.

The costs related to the transportation of goods for the purpose of executing the warranty are at the buyer's expense at all times.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, SMARTBED may decide to repair it, replace it, or issue a credit.

MATTRESSES:

Mattresses are covered by a 10-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal foam compression. To be valid, the mattress must be clean and stain-free.

Mandatory to use them on a platform bed base or bed base with an appropriate box spring.

Any claim must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice, a photo, and an explanation of the problem. Our liability, in all circumstances, is limited only to the replacement of the product. Once. Original purchaser only. The warranty is not transferable.

ACCESSORIES

The warranty on accessories is 1 year against manufacturing defects under normal use.
