Mattress trial

MATTRESS TRIAL PERIOD:

To allow your body to adjust to your new mattress, SMARTBED offers you a 100-day satisfaction trial period. During this time, you can ensure that the mattress meets your needs.

  • You must keep your mattress for a minimum of 60 days, as a minimum trial period is necessary to get used to a new comfort level.

The details:

Between the 60th and 100th day, SMARTBED allows you to make a single exchange for another mattress:

  • The new mattress must be of equal or greater value than the previous one.
  • It must also be the same size as the initial mattress.
  • Please note that no refunds will be issued.

Conditions to be met:

  • The mattress must have been protected by a mattress protector purchased at the same time on smartbedcanada.ca and the mattress must be free of stains. Otherwise, the trial period offer will be canceled.
  • To take advantage of this trial period, you must present:
    • Your original invoice indicating the purchase of the mattress and mattress protector.
    • In the absence of this document, the trial period cannot be honored.
  • The exchange must take place at the location where the mattress was initially delivered.
  • The trial period is only valid for a single exchange.
  • Excluded is the case where the customer considers the mattress to be too big, too high, too thin, etc.

Applicable fees:

  • Delivery fees for the new item.
  • The price difference between your initial choice and your new selection (if it is more expensive).

Please note that SMARTBED reserves the right to modify or cancel this mattress trial period offer at any time, without prior notice.

All sales are final. If a product has a defect covered by the warranty, SMARTBED may decide to repair, replace or issue a credit for it.
